Placing an order
By placing an order through www.thewhitestore.com.au customers will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. By placing an order via this website you are making an offer to purchase the item/s from The White Store as per the terms described in your order. Once you have placed an order and the payment has been received we will send you confirmation that we have received your order and we will endeavour to despatch your item/s within 24 hours (excluding public holidays). Please note that prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice and, where applicable, a delivery charge will be added to your order (see Postage & Handling for further details).
Forms of Payment: The White Store website will accept payment from standard cards (those that have been issued by Australian card issuers for personal consumer use including Gold Cards). Premium cards including Australian issued Corporate, Purchasing, Commercial, Platinum and Affinity credit cards, and all cards issued by International card issuers will also be accepted however they will attract a surcharge to cover third party processing fees.
Returns & Refund Policy
We endeavour to make your shopping experience at The White Store easy and enjoyable so if you are not entirely happy with your purchase and would like to exchange it or receive a refund please email us first at firstname.lastname@example.org outlining how we can help and we will be in touch asap with next steps. Please note that all customers must email us first in order to exchange an item or receive a refund and no responsibility will be taken for returned items without the receipt of an email.
For items that are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging within 30 days of the order being placed we are more than happy to offer a full refund or exchange minus the postage costs. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, the customer is required to arrange and pay for the return of the product to us. We recommend products are returned via Registered Post and we cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in transit.
In the unusual event that an item is faulty we will offer customers the option of a full refund or we will replace the item and the customer will not incur any additional postage costs.
We accept online payments and we use the latest internationally recognised security and payment methods to ensure that we offer our customers secure internet payment services for all transactions made through www.thewhitestore.com.au
Postage & Handling
To ensure our customers receive their purchases we use Australia Post delivery services through the Australia Post network. To metro areas this is generally delivered within 3-4 working days and for regional areas 4-5 working days. Provided the stock is available, we make every effort to ensure all orders are despatched within 48 hours of the item/s being ordered. Should an ordered item be out of stock we will notify the customer immediately and inform them of the estimated time of despatch.
Please note that all delivery dates are estimated according to the service offered by Australia Post.
We endeavour to provide our customers with the best descriptions possible and we take every care to ensure items are made to the detailed specifications however we cannot accept any responsibility for the variation in the colour of our items that may occur as a result of the browser software or computer used to view our items.
